Calculations will be carried out on the BioHPC compute cluster at CBSU. You will receive e-mail notifications when the job is submitted, when it starts, and when it is finished. Upload your infile

Upload tarball of all your input files which infile refers to
(execute "tar -cf tarball.tar file1 file2 ... fileN" in the directory where file1, file2, ..., fileN are placed)
