T-COFFEE @ BioHPC

Given a set of sequences (proteins or DNA), T-COFFEE generates a multiple sequence alignment. The currently installed version is 4.45. For detailed description of T-COFFEE program and for literature references please consult the T-COFFEE web page.

Through this interface you will be able to use the following functions of T-COFFEE:
1. Perform a simple alignment of several sequences (provided in FASTA format)
2. Realign one or more sequences on an existing alignment.

Calculations will be carried out on the BioHPC compute cluster at CBSU. You will receive e-mail notifications when the job is submitted, when it starts, and when it is finished. Output will be available via links embedded in the notification e-mails.
